Medi clinic vereeniging service is appalling!

I have had the misfortune of being admitted at Medi-clinic vereeniging. I have received the most appalling service from this institution at my time of need I've been in severe pain and the nurses reactions and responses leave a lot to be desired. We pay medical aid to be afforded quality medical assistance and not the attitude and demeanor of some of these nurses as if they are doing one a favour.

Someone ought to address this as a matter of urgency because these people are meant to be caregivers to the frail and sick. However, you could swear your pain and life are second fiddle to the corridor chats.

I have been discharged and readmitted at this same hospital 3 times within the last 10days and how can that be. We are paying large sums of money for sub-standard medical care while are livelihoods suffer because of inadequate health care.
