Medi-clinic Vereeniging poor service

The service is truly appalling. The nurses don't care for the patients or make an effort of providing outstanding service that would be expected from a private hospital. I would not recommend the hospital to anyone. To get attention from the nurses one needs to cause a scene or fight. The patients are all complaining about the low standard of the services provided. There should be a consultant who goes around the hospital enquiring on how is the service standards provided by the staff and the facilities provided. It is what one pays the at the end of the day. That way I believe that people will be held accountable and be compelled to provide excellent service.
