Medi-Clinic Vereeniging

I am currently in the hospital accompanying my husband for a procedure that was said to take about 30 minutes to an hour. So the Nurses told me to enter with him into the ward and while he left for the procedure I could wait for him there where his bed was with his clothes and while waiting abt 5 minutes before my husband comes back from surgery a female Doctor wearing her covid-19 protective gear came in and begun making a fuss about how was I let in here and why, and asked the nurse if they were aware and they said yes this is how we work, she started complaining abt how the hospital wonders why negative patients become positive because i was there and i could be carrying covid-19 and infect the rest of all the other patients and it hurt me so much because it began to sound like a personal attack and an insult especially because she was addressing me directly.

My argument is that why is she fighting me because I was informed by the three Nurses that I can come in and sit with him and besides I was so far from the other patients and my God where does she come from assuming I have covid 19? why couldn't she address the matter privately with the unit manager just as she asked for,

This happened in the Orthopaedic Unit on The first floor.
