Medi Clinic Tzaneen

An unconscious patient was classified as a low risk patient and was made to wait in the casualty whilst her condition worsened. We waited for 2 hours and she was never given a bed to atleast wait for the doctor in. We had to stand around in order to get her to be assisted but to our disappointment, we were still told wait as she had previously been classified as a “low risk patient.” At this time she was drifting in and out of consciousnesses. This is truly unacceptable because other patients who were walking into casualty were given priority whilst this patient was brought in by wheelchair.
