Medi-Clinic Trichardt, BAD SERVICE!

I am currently at Mediclinic Highveld and I am very frustrated with the level of service I have received in this hospital thus far. My wife went in for a c-section operation. After the operation, she has been in pains for now over an hour. We have been told to wait for the doctor who was doing the operation - he’s busy with other patients. Meanwhile, my wife’s pains are very severe. I am not understanding how a person in pain is told to wait. Why can’t they refer to another doctor who will assist in the meantime? I asked the nurse to call the doctor and he’s busy telling me about “Procedure”. Since when does process come before people? How do we prioritise writing out reports before patients? This is by far the worst service ever experienced and it is unfortunate that this is the only hospital within our vicinity.
