Medi-Clinic Pietermaritzburg Worst Service

Medi clinic Pietermaritzburg, ER department was absolutely a nightmare! I arrived with a child aged 9, she was not offered water or food 3:30pm until 9pm when we got transferred to the Orthopaedic ward where we arrived and we were advised that the kitchen is closed. The ER personnel was on a holiday,looked at you in the eye and ignored your request as a patient then turned around and hugged each other while laughing and talking about non work related stuff. The service here is absolutely disappointing to think that we pay for a private service it’s insane. The of it all is that my daughter could not be placed in a paediatric ward, because it’s apparently full
