Medi-clinic Morningside Accounts Department receives grateful customer accolade

This is a tribute to the administration side of the business. Recently during November 2018 I was twice admitted to the Morningside Medi-clinic each time for a minor procedure. Total overnight stays were 3 nights. After a month I remembered I have a hospital policy which pays out to me a nominal amount for each overnight stay. In order to claim I required proof of the overnight stays & therefore required electronic copies of the relevant accounts which reflect the number of overnight stays. I contacted the accounts department telephonically this morning & explained what I required. Normally I would expect to speak to at least 3 people & explain in great detail what & why I wanted electronic copies of the accounts. However the first person I spoke to dealt with my request in about 30 seconds & and about a minute later the copy accounts were in my email inbox. I seldom encounter such amazing efficiency & just felt the need to register a favourable rating. Well done Morningside Clinic Accounts!!!
