Medi-Clinic Midstream Appalling

My 2 year old's hand was slammed into the car door and we rushed to the emergency room. They made us fill out forms and then no communication. When I asked what the process are they advised that there is a 2 hour wait at least.....I pay nearly R10 000 p/m medical aid to be able to go to a private hospital & be helped in an emergency. How do you calm down a 2 year old for 2 hours whilst people with stitches to be removed gets helped before you. Mediclinic was always my preferred hospital. I chose to give birth to my daughter at Sandton and always got excellent service even when we went to the emergency with her when she had tonsillitis when she was a baby. Midstream's service is pathetic and I am appalled that a private hospital treats emergencies like tha***** disgusting to say the least. I will never use Mediclinic again and I will make sure people are aware of the pathetic service at Midstream.
