Medi-Clinic Legae

I had an emergency with my daughter where she was brought into the hospital.. As per my medical aid options I would be covered by my medical aid for the stay with my child as she is a minor.. She is only 13 months old.. They are now telling me that all the parents are obligated to pay R150 rand for logging every night which was not communicated at arrival. My option from Bestmed covers this but they still want me to cover it myself. I stayed 7 days as my child is sick and intern is worse and in high care. I cannot believe that as an institution of Medi clinic they would do this to a customer who is going through so much with her baby
