Medi-Clinic Kloof Pretoria Account Department

3 weeks back I had to go to Medi-Clinic Kloof Pretoria emergency room to check on my ankle. I had to pay upfront R746 after the doctor check on me.

I called Medi-Clinic Kloof Pretoria account department to submit the claim for me and send me the transaction so that it can be paid back to me re recommended by my medical aid. I called the account department in the last few weeks 3 times to pay back my money and they kept saying the payment has been processed. This morning again the same excuse where the lady told me payment has been processed.

Medi-Clinic Kloof Pretoria account department is *****ing from people. Can someone please check on this and help me to get my money back, otherwise I have to take legal action against them. My reference number is 93610
