Medi-Clinic Hospital, Pietermaritzburg

Receptionist of the pulmonologist at Medi-Clinic in Pietermaritzburg, is extremely unprofessional and lazy. Seems the doctor is aware but doesn't care. Took me one month of calling, emailing and messaging to finally get a follow up appointment for 3 months later. Took me two months to get a basic letter after seeing the doctor. No reply over emails, no acknowledgements, no calls are returned.

After making the Medi-clinic hospital managers aware, I received the same service from them. I want to make everyone aware of their callous attitude towards people in life and death situations. Lawyers need to get involved.
