Medi-Clinic Cape Gate hospital is a money hungry hosptal and scandal

On 18/12/2021 I was involved in a vehicle accident. I came to the hospital around about 10ish in the evening and i was discharged from the hospital around about 5 am in the morning. They didn't push me out of a wheelchair. i had to walk out limping and in pain. a week went by and i was given a bill in a total of R16000 to round off. i was there for a few hours. I queried it with my medical aid and then send me a form for the doctors to fill in. i did this during the next in space of 3 and 6 months and i had no reply from the doctors i CC the payments department and they send me the information but the medical aid wants the doctors to fill it in as there is something need to add no response. now they want the money and telling me i will go to jail but first of all for a few hours i was in the hospital and so much not even gov hospitals will do that. this is ridiculous. I hope they realize they overcharging ppl for stuff. I was in a vehicle and it was not this much but gees this is absolutely crazy
