Medi clinic cape gate

My Daughter, was at cape gate ER last monday night 17/10/2022, she had an injury from a gymnastic accident, after waiting over 3 hours with her in pain we eventually got a ER bed under the care of Dr Mohamed and continued to wait,eventually a nurse came and asked if doctor has seen us yet and went to call him after which he came and sent us for xrays, after another long wait he eventually came and sent us for another xray and then said there is nothing wrong it is just a muscle injury and this is confirmed by Dr Solomon, an orthopedic surgeon, to whom he sent the xrays, he was just concerned because her hand stays ice cold and the veins were purple so he rather admitted her after putting a splint & sling on her, of which the sling was too small and kept slipping off, but said DR solomon will come have a look in the morning, we eventually got her into a hospital bed at 3am, we had been in ER since 18:40, Dr solomon never came the morning, just another ER doctor and asked how it is going and discharged her, we had to further phone the ER to hear how long the splint must be on, etc. Today 25/10/2022 she went to our GP, Dr Trutor, who had a look at her xrays and saw immediately that she has a bone in her shoulder that is broken in 2 places, after which he read the report and it states in the report about the broken bone. This is absolutely ridiculous & unacceptable, this is people you are dealing with & by all rights the doctors bill should be reversed as he does not seem like a very competent doctor. I will also be forwarding this complaint to my medical aid as I am very unhappy with the current situation.
