Medi-clinic Bloemfontein

On the 2nd of December i went to Medi-clinic Bloemfontein for my Progress Report on a IOD. I did my first report in Bethlehem at Hoogland. On the 2nd i took all my paperwork and the doctor saw me and gave me my progress report with a return date of the 9th for my final report. I got to Medi-clinic and they took my papers and i waited. An hour later i was called to say that they cant find my file or my paperwork. That i will have to return with my paperwork. Now i need to travel up and down for one person not doing their paperwork correctly. And the doctor saw me and gave me a return note. Thats very bad business.
