Medi clinic bad service!

My Mother has back pains and decided to visit Medi clinic in Nelspruit. We have been pleased with their services so far but today she went in at 7pm and its 00:30am now but she’s still there undiagnosed. My aunt accompanied her and says they waited for 3hours before a doctor could see her. Reasons are that there’s only 1 doctor checking all patients. She’s from Lydenburg which is about 100km outside of Nelspruit. Now is it fair for a big private hospital like Medi clinic to only have one DR. Doing rounds for all patients? Is that what we are paying for? My aunt has to report to work by 6am already. Will they drive them home? This is unacceptable! My Mom could’ve been worse in that 3 hours of waiting! What must happen now? I expect such from a government hospital for real! Not Medi clinic! I’m hurt and disappointed!
