Mamelodi Clinic staff speaking ill of the patient.

Hi There,

My name is Mr Jabu Maisela and I'm not happy at all how my sister was treated by one of the staff at Mamelodi Clinic her name is Ms Olivia Sibiya who went on speaking ill of my sister who is Ms Sibongile Maisela and she stays in the same area as Ms Sibiya who told one of her friends that i quote "yooh did you see that Sibongile's face is rotten " i mean really can a professional say that about a patient who was supposed to get a protection from the government entity like a clinic isn't the medical condition of the patient is confidential and where does she get the right to speak ill of my sister ..really this is embarrassing and humiliating to say the least I want this lady to apologise and the Hr must give my sister a feedback..who will be coming to the clinic again on Wednesday the 2of October2019.
