LOADED A DEFAULT ON ITC FOR R1430 which i keep telling you!! I PAID!!!

Earlier this year i was in a car accident.

I went to Mediclinic via the ambulance. While laying on the bed the nurses stood around me with wireless pay points.

I paid all the accounts, and made sure before i left. Infact, when i asked what was going on, they said its policy to make sure the account is paid before i leave.

So i left after the x-ray results were cleared.

About 4 months later, some rude guys calls me and says i "owe" them R1430. I told him, i don't owe him anything, i made sure to pay all the accounts.

A month after that a lady called me, saying she wants proof of payment and i must send he my bank statement.

At this point both phone calls seemed like some kind of **** going on. I said no thank you, Mediclinic must check their system first, and cannot delegate the investigation to me to prove i made the payment.

A few weeks later, a default is loaded for not complying to the ****.

REMOVE IT NOW!!!!

YOU KNOW WELL THAT ONCE YOUR INVESTIGATION IS COMPLETE YOU NEED PRESENT YOUR EVINCE TO ME AND DISCUSS IT WITH ME, BEFORE TO SERVING ME WITH AN ACCOUNT. I WANT TO SEE DISCIPLINARY ACTION FOR THOSE RUDE PEOPLE WHO CALLED ME OR I WILL SUBMIT A COMPLAINT TO THE OMBUDSMAN.
