Listed for no Agreement!

I went to the Medi-clinic earlier this year. The staff at the front desk said that I needed to pay an amount of R250 for a consultation. I said that I didn't have the funds at that time to which she responded that in order for me to see a Dr that I would need to pay the amount beforehand. I told her that I would not be able to do so at all. She told me to wait. I sat down & after about 5 min a nurse came out & said I should come through. I went in & **** on the bed & waited to be attended to. A nurse came in & proceeded to asses my condition, I firstly stated that I didn't make any payment & told her exactly what the lady at the front desk told me. She said it would be fine & she would take care of it for me. I didn't feel well & didn't think anything of it, got medication & left. Now I was emailed by a lady who has now listed me on the ITC for nonpayment after I explained the story to her & she stopped replying to my emails for 3 weeks now which shows me that they are admitting to their mistake of saying one thing and doing another. That is exactly what happened and I have no reason to lie for R250!? Please make sure you remove me from your systems & from the ITC IMMEDIATELY!!!
