Kloof Mediclinic staff stole my pot plant

Medi-Clinic Kloof ward 17 stole my plant. Firstly I forgot my new Woolworths pot plant. I called yesterday that why they didn’t call me to let me know I forgot my pot plant. The lady didn’t sound happy that I called. It sounded they work like that that when people forget things and they take them. Today when my husband drive there as they say the pot plant is at their front table then he was told they threw it away. Who does that when I called to go and collect? It is petrol to drive there and my flowers and I need to be reimbursed. They can’t still to people who are vulnerable. When you are sick we trust on them to look after us. One hospital can’t be this bad. From ER to the ward??? The service is pathetic. I want my pot plant. It is very special gift for me.
