Please avoid Kloof hospital emergency Pretoria east,I rushed my friend to there emergency,we filled in the required admission forms only to be told there are no beds in the wards we then wanted to leave and was told by the reception staff to go through and they will attend to us by that time my partner was in very bad shape.We the proceeded to the ward and waited at the counter to be acknowledged and helped only to be ignored while my partner collapsed in the corner of the ward I asked if they could help him they ignored us and made as if we don't exist.There were two doctors and a few sisters behind the counter that did not even look up to help us I then had no choice but to carry my partner out back to the car and rush him to Wilgers hospital where we were helped immediately only to find out he had suffered a heart attack.Please let this be a warning stay away from that hospital.Up to today no phone from them to let me know what will be done about that poor life threatening service.
