Just ignore requests.

So I made arrangements at Kuilsriver Medi Clinic to pay off just little over R6 000. They however still listed my account as default at the ITC. On Monday I phoned to check how much I still owe and was told I overpaid. I Then requested a paid-up letter and for my ITC status to be cleared. I was redirected to Mandla at Ho who is a guy with bad attitude and wanted to know why I phoned him because he cant assist me. I phoned the Hospital again and an email was sent to Riana to assist me with the letter.<br> I followed up with Riana yesterday and never received an reply. I phoned the hospital today and was told to speak to Mandla. I phoned him 3 times and he didn't answer so I left a voice message. he also never came back to me.<br> I believe that a state hospital gives better service then this bunch. I'm unable to apply for a bond because of this default listing. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
