Is this how Mediclinc treat people

This morning 14 Dec 2015 my mother, she is 79 years old fell 3 times trying to get out of bed.. this never happened before. We contact ER24 to take her to hospital. On arrival at Mediclinic Polokwane, they did not treat her as a emergency, instead she was lying there for about a hour, no doctor saw her. Eventually a person came to her tell her the medical aid said there is no benefits, so they cant treat her. The ambulance took her back home. Mean time I phoned the medical aid and told them what happened. they told me Mediclinic gave the wrong codes, she was supposed to be admitted not left in out patients!!!! At home my Mom try to go to the bathroom and she fell again!!! Her legs just collapsed. I phoned Fedhealth and they said she must go back immediately to be admitted and gave me a reference. My sister took her back and now a doctor Kruger refused to admit her!!!!! He said she was drinking too much painkillers! He did not even made a effort to say he will do some tests!!!! After threatening him he admitted her . this is scary!! cant he think by himself she is in pain The staff and Dr of this hospital is pathetic and I will not leave it!!! I want some answers.
