Inconsistent advice from a doctor

I’m very disappointed with my mother’s care at Mediclinic Welkom on July 17, 2025. She’s 80 and dehydrated, and one doctor said she’d be admitted, but another discharged her without explanation. The second doctor didn’t greet us or introduce himself (against your hallway protocol), pointed at me in a threatening way, and talked about me to staff instead of to me. I was really upset. A hospital representative agreed the doctor should’ve handled me better as an upset family member.
