My husband is lying in mediclinic vanderbijlpark since he has arrived the staff is rude dont know how to get a vein for the drip if they ask other staff member to help the answer is if you dont get it how would i when doctors prescribe medicine they to lazy to go and fetch from pharmacy, they dont aske the patient if he has any pain and the medication is given late not on time some nights he get it at 12 o clock they dont know how to operate a drip leave it closed and walks away when confronted o they dont know. They dont contact the docter when patient have a headache the word the docter is coming. My hudband drip was leaking and he told them they just put a new plaster over it and said its fine when you can see its not his whole arm is swolen red and warm, when we reported them to the coordinator he went and spoke to the head nurse she confronted my husband why he went and after that they treat him like ****, when ringing the bell they take theyr sweet time to get to the call. We are very upset (****ing mad) about the pathetic service mediclinic vanderbijlpark is giving their patients.
