*********** and unprofessional handling of medical fees refund

Medi-Clinic Tzaneen _ the most *********** and unprofessional people I have ever met. My sister got admitted on the 21st of January this year. She is not on medical aid, so my mother paid R42000 cash before admission. This was supposed to be for 5 days in the hospital. After 2 days the Dr discharged her, meaning my mother needed to be refunded ~R19 000. Even today the refund is still not paid, they had promised to pay it on Monday the 25th of January, we have made several calls, initially the lady said she forgot to process it for a week, now for 2 weeks the story changed to "they are waiting for approval". This approval must be coming from the POTUS :(
