Impractical policies and horrible treatment

My son is admitted at Medforum since Friday the 19 January. The conditions we get are just horrible . We are told we cant eat in the ward but we need to use the balcony . I am not a smoker and I am forced to go sit with people who are smoking on the balcony so I can eat. My rights got violated because I was forced to be a second hand smoker. Also we are told we cant drink anything in the ward all this is understandable but please Medforum provide a dining area for your clients and show it to them. I am just not happy with Medforum and I am considering transfering my son to another hospital. I saw an indian family taking coffee to the ward and the nurses did not enforce the policy. They dont give the medication on the time promised. My son was suppossed to get medication at 14:00 but only at 15:45.. I just have a lot to say about them.
