Ill treatment is bad for your health

I came to being my son for his regular check up at the consultation rooms in Qwa Qwa, and as usual the receptionist offers no explanation as to the reason I wait for over an hour to receive assistance. What makes it worse is that people who arrived after me are being assisted. Mind you we rescheduled and we were 5 minutes early.

I then called the Bethlehem office to lay a complaint, and the lady who is on duty at the moment tells me there is no management in this establishment and that I should take up the matter with the receptionist and the doctors on duty.

I fail to see how the very perpetrators will assist me, May i kindly be assisted with this matter. Thank you.
