I wont be back.
Let me start with the emergency center was great they handled everything extremely well but....
1) The diagnosis from the doctor given to the medical aid is pneumonia, this is WRONG. His cough was never severe enough to warrant hospital. I would never have brought him in for that. He had what i can only call a febrile seizure. This is diagnosis by google, which is dangerous i know but I found him face down in the cot. When i picked him up he was limp like a rag doll, he was also incredibly hot.
2) COVID-19 is a global pandemic, yet we are forced to all touch the same button on entrance to enter the parking lot. We are also forced to pay at the same pay station on exit. A hospital is already a ces****l for viruses. You force one parent in the visiting rooms because of the virus BUT this is the case entering and exiting? While waiting I saw a patient who had cut themselves down to the bone waiting in line to get screened for COVID 19 this took approximately 3 - 5 minutes. Again yet you force everyone to push the same button on entrance and use the same paystation on exit?
When confronting the manager, Raina about the entrance and exit I am argued with. "When you enter and exit you must sanitise your hands"; No not when I am entering the parking lot, also if i am infected and i sneeze at the pay station? All of this for what so you can make a couple of hundred rand on parking???
