I'm so disappointed with Vereeniging Medi Clinic

I was admitted earlier this month.. Sure, the staff is excellent but my 'doctor' would take his sweet time to show up and also, he never really told me what's wrong with me. On top of all that, I was placed in the Oncology ward!! How do you place terminally ill people with people who aren't super sick??? Anyways, I went back yesterday because my symptoms came back. I felt like I was at a government clinic, I waited for about 3 hours before I got any help. When I finally got help, one of the nurses, sister actually, jammed the needle in my wrist and then pulled it out and went on to another spot. My wrist feels like it was hacked with an axe. I've been injected before, just not like that. Anyways, they sent me on my way with a prescription and I still feel sick as hell!! I thought I was going to get admitted, but lo and behold, I'm in my bed.. I feel like death warmed up! I wasn't expecting to feel better on the same day but I think I should've been admitted for overnight observation at least. For a hospital that claims to be awesome and charges so much money.. Wow.. I'm SUPER DISAPPOINTED!!!
