My mother had an operation here this year. It did not go well. On a different occasion a friend noticed blood on the theatre ceiling where an attempt had been made to clean it. Two years later he returned for another operation, this time fresh blood was on the ceiling. The surgeon called it blood confetti. What humour! Fool.
