HORRIFIC SERVICE

I am 6 months pregnant and have been a frequent patient at Morningside Medi-Clinic. I phoned this morning requesting A COPY of our file as was agreed upon yesterday, and spoke directly to the Doc who seemed more than happy to provide me with such copies. We agreed that my finance would pop in just before or by 09:30 this morning to collect them, and upon his arrival he is treated by this rude and unreasonable receptionist who assumes that he was requesting the original file when it was the copies that he was after. She blabs to him that it is ******* to give us originals not even taking the time to consider that we were there for the copies as was agreed by the Doc. She then tells him that the summary would take a little longer to provide because the Doc still had to put it all together and that he cannot expect the doc to help in between patients because we had not booked an appointment. The issue in that lies in the fact that A: I spoke directly to the Doc who confirmed that my finance could indeed drop by to collect the copies at agreed time, and B: He never made any mention of the summary to begin with so we were completely unaware of that. Her rudeness was offensive. i'm done.
