Horrible service at private hospital

My granny (87) was admitted to the Vanderbijlpark Medi-Clinic a little while ago<br> The medical service she received was shocking<br> They lost her medication. When wanting to give her her medication they discovered it was not in the locked drawer & found it in another man's drawer in a completely different ward<br> They left her in her bed & we had to constantly ask them to please put her in a chair & make her walk. Her legs are now so weak, she can barely walk.<br> On the first day, the staff gave her a duvets' cover (just the cover, no inner) to sleep under. This was in mid-winter<br> She drinks warfarin. This medication has to be taken at the same time daily (19:00). One evening the lady next to her had to go to the hallway after midnight to ask for medication as the nurse did not even respond to the bell. Their excuse \someone died & ALL the staff had to go assist the resus."She is not allowed to eat anything green & is a diabetic"
