Horrible experience at Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted at the way I was treated at Mediclinic Louis Leipoldt. After acknowledgment by them that the level of service I received was not up to standard they still expect me to pay the full amount for my hospital stay and they harass me for payment. I had a horrible experience with one of the nurses. She did not listen to me at all and did not treat me with compassion. They are not client centred at all. When sick in their hospital you have to look out for yourself. The staff are *********** as I had to tell the theatre staff that my bed needs to remain straight after a back operation (while they were busy lifting me into a half seated position). Luckily I woke up in that moment to tell them. The staff show no compassion they are cold and just profit driven. I will never make use of any Mediclinic hospital again as this experience scarred me for life.
