Hoogland Medi Clinic HIDES Covid-19 Cases from Staff

I am writing this as a concerned employee of Hoogland Medi Clinic (Bethlehem, Free State). 3 Months ago a male patient was admitted into a Surgical ward. Last Friday the 16th May 2020, the same patient was tested for Covid-19 by Ampathi labs and later the results came back positive. Then on Saturday night the patient was moved to Medical ward covid-19 rooms.

Apparently it has been said that on Sunday the same patient was tested again, but this time he was tested by Path-care and the results came back negative. Whats suspicious here is the fact that the results for the second test came back the same day . How is it possible that one Lab tests positive and the other negative on one patient, and the first results are ignored over the second.

This is frustrating because the hospital is putting the lives of its employees and patients at risk. Non of the employees who had contact with the patient have been tested nor quarantined. All i am asking is for an investigation to be conducted in this regard to ensure the safety of all personnel and the general public as most employees use public transport to and from work, because the business is carrying on as usual.
