HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED Dr Jannie van Der Vyver at Midstream Hospital

I took my son to this Dr on the 30 Jan 2024, and no one told me that if i pay a co- payment to the Dr i will never get it back. After the appointment i call the rooms for the Invoice intending to claim my money back from the medical aid only to find out that they didn't put they did not put a procedure code on the invoice. My issue is that why didn't they tell me at first cause i was not going to see the Dr. I very disappointed 👎😞 about their service
