Highly disappointed

I'm very disappointed with the experience I got at mediclinic trichard, on the 19th of July upon my son's discharge I accidentally forgot my charger at the ward where my son was admitted in, on Sunday the 20th I couldn't go back and ask for it because my son was not well, unfortunately on Monday he was admitted again after that I asked about it but no one knew about it, I was told that they will check with the team that was working on that day, when that team came in no one came to me with feedback instead I was the one busy nagging them about my charger , reported the matter to management but all I got was a SORRY we apologize, that time my mother had to turn back to Soweto because she couldn't get hold of us and my fiancee couldn't bring me food because my phone was off and we couldn't communicate . With this experience I don't and won't feel safe at mediclinic, according to me this is a serious offense
