Help

I was admitted on the 5th of September because of mental health issues, I was discharged on the 7th of September after getting no psychological help, no anti depressants and even worse NO MEDICAL CERTIFICATE. I’ve been calling and emailing them for weeks after I got discharged and I went there personally and I was told my note will be sent and the receptionist at the office said I could take 2 more weeks and it will be on the medical note. TODAY I STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN MY NOTE AND I GOT FIRED AT WORK. My mental health is even worse than when I went to that hospital because I have no job because of them and I’m still not getting assisted by them.
