Great at following up on issues

Last month my daughter had a croup attack landing her in hospital. Due to very poor communication between medi clinic and Fedhealth I was forced to discharge my daughter from hospital against the wishes of the doctor. <br> <br> However, since complaining Fedhealth and Medi Clinic have been in constant contact with me. Today I received a note that the full amounts for both hospital trips would be paid back. Along with the radiology. <br> <br> While this should never have been an issue to begin with, I really do appreciate both organisations rectifying my situation with speed. <br> <br> Thank you very much
