Going extra mile

I’d like to give thanks and compliment the department of radiology. This past Saturday I was there to run an x-ray, I drove from Ficksburg and I arrived at the hospital exactly at 12h00 which is the time they close. I was actually delayed by traffic officers that really took up my time however the ladies there, I think one of them is Elmarie if I heard correct when the other one called out her name.

They were ready to go home but upon hearing my plea they assisted me with open heart. They really went an extra mile for me and I appreciate it a lot, such people should be given recognition.
