Untidy, disorganised, lack of hygiene, rude staff and NO response to queries, surveys or even a complaint to the general manager of the hospital over a period of three months. The specialist attending to my case insisted on discharging me before I was well enough to leave, and in addition refused to speak to my husband (who was 200 km away) about aftercare. Plus I was discharged with a drip in my arm. Chaotic.
