Family death at Paarl Medi-Clinic

My dad was admitted to @Mediclinic Paarl for treatment on 4 Jan for a possible stroke but was treated for a lung infection and covid result was neg. 2 day later he was send back home as they needed the bed. Home his condition worsened and Sat 9 admitted again amd died 10 Jan. What upsets me was that he was semd home while his medical condition was still dire. At home his condition deteriorated so quickly and the ambulance had to come fetch him again. The doctor on duty even head the audacity to ask why is he back again so soon after being discharged. A covid test was done amd was deemed inconclusive. A second one was done amd Mon 11 Jan the results came bacl as positive. The only place he could have been infected with during his time in hospital. The reason I am upset is the way he was cared for first time around in hospital, the doctor’s comments. It is unacceptable and uncalled for. Now we are sitting together as a grieving family.
