Failure to administer Covid-19 test by staff before admission

My daughter was admitted this morning and as I speak, we are still waiting for a Covid-19 test to be done. Patients that were admitted after her in the afternoon have already done their tests. The staff does not seem bothered and to top it all of, they have lost the Lancet form I completed in the morning.
