Excellent service

On Saturday the 21st of March.I was transferred from Queenstown Life Private Hospital to Medi-Clinic in Bloemfontein.When I arrived it turned out my Medical Aid doesn't not want to give authorization. I was notified a few minutes after my arrival that it is still pending.The on monday I was told that they are refusing totally. Apparently I have exceeded my 6 days per annum for back related issues.I was in pain and also distraught by the news.A trauma counsellor a lady named Portia Thekiso,was called to my ward.She assisted me and put my mind at ease.Ensured that I am not going to leave the hospital at about 16h00.The specialist that I was referred to also added to my pain by ill-treating me in front of the nurses.They promptly reported him to the management,which did not help.Because he came back on tuesday to discharge me and still subjected me to his fraught behavior. However I want to take my hat off to the management of the facility,the trauma counsellor,the nursing staff,the kitchen staff,the cleaning stuff,the Radiology staff and the pathcare lady named Dineo Nokwana.Who all made my stay a pleasant one inspite of everything. I will forever be grateful them.
