Excellent, Caring Service

<p>Obviously no one wants to end up in a hospital but when next I do land up in one I hope that this is it.</p> <p><br />The uptake procedure was a bit of a bureaucratic schlepp but because the staff were very friendly and interested in why I was being admitted it wasn't too bad.</p> <p><br />The nursing staff were all very friendly, interested in my ailment and took time to explain what they had to do to do their tests. They gave me the results as soon as they were available. The whole time I was there they were all very professional, always friendly and caring. They appeared to be very happy to work with us patients, no matter how we were feeling, doing their best to make us comfortable.</p> <p><br />My doctor went out of his way to explain to me what they were looking for and what the possibilities were. After completing all the tests he took time to explain in detail what the results were, my options and recommended follow up action.</p> <p><br />The food was obviously not 5 Star hotel fare but well prepared and varied. The catering and cleaning staff were all equally friendly and caring. Even the cleaning staff took care to make sure that the patients were happy with what they had done.</p> <p><br />I really appreciated their feedback procedure.</p>
