Escalation of Complaint: Breach of Patient Confidentiality

I am writing to formally escalate my previous complaint regarding the unauthorized disclosure of my private medical information at Nelspruit Medi-Clinic. While I acknowledge that I have already reported this matter, I am extremely dissatisfied with the response received, particularly the indication that “nothing can be done as they have spoken to their stuff members.” I find this response unacceptable given the seriousness of the breach and the impact it has had on me as a patient. Patient confidentiality is a fundamental right, and I entrusted your facility with sensitive personal information under the expectation that it would be handled with the highest level of care and professionalism. The failure to adequately address this breach raises serious concerns about your internal processes and commitment to patient privacy.
