Ermelo medi-clinic extremely bad service

Ermelo medi-clinic. Very bad service. First my son was booked into his own room with pneumonia just for him later on to be moved in with another person who has diarrhea. Then it took us 4 plus hours just to get the tv on just to find out there are no kids channels. I would like to know what is the difference between all the money that I spend and that of others why did we get this kind of treatment.
