Empty promises after shocking treatment.

We contacted Medi-clinic via their website and received an answer promptly. We were promised a formal investigation and an answer. Since then, complaint 188128 has yielded no formal answers apart from a voicenote from the hospital we complained about to say the matter is resolved.
