Emergency Centre

On 13 February I went to the Emergency Centre of Vereeniging Medi-clinic because my left ear was severely blocked and painful. I asked at reception if the doctor would be able to help me and they said he could. When Dr Ilunga saw me, he informed me that it was not an emergency and did nothing to help me. I left in exactly the same condition as I had arrived. Nevertheless, Medi-clinic charged my medical aid for the visit.
