DVT admission

I was admitted in Newcastle for Deep Vein Thrombosis,at no point was it explained to me what DVT was and what the causes were, thanks to Google I could get an understanding of what I was dealing with.i stayed for 6 days monitoring my INR,also not explained had to google. At a day when my INR goes backwards I get discharged,Dr Viljoen who admitted me had handed me over to a Dr Wilson who is also a surgeon.
No consultation happened on my day of my discharge,no post admission care,no instructions on how to manage the condition going forward,no scan to check if the clot was dissolving or not,no instructions for the doctor who would be observing me in Johannesburg.Granted that I had requested that I be moved JHB due to school opening but I did find the levels of service to be beyond poor considering that they are dealing with your most valuable asset which is health.I will be billed for a Dr I didn't even get to see.
While on treatment you get medicines late at night ,as late as 10pm and woken up at 4am,when does the body actually get to recover? With uncer*****y regarding my health, this has got to be the worst experience of my life...one I have to pay for.
