Dr Francois Erasmus - Kloof Hospital

I am highly disappointed with Dr Francois Erasmus. He NEVER return your calls or give you feedback on procedures that was done. His consulting rooms are like a sausage factory and the patients are just another number. The more patients he can squeeze in the more money in his pocket. He doesn't care about his patients he only cares about the money in his pocket. You also wait for almost two hours after your initial scheduled appointment time before he see you and then everything is rushed and you can barely talk to him. He sent my mother for MRI scan for her back because she is in tremendous pain and can barely walk. After a week since the scan results have been given to him I am still waiting for his call to give me feedback. He can never be reached via phone and his admin ladies always cover up for him. This was not the first time but will definitely be the last time he take us for the fool.
